For two years, until the beginning of 2014, Anja has been the HR Business Partner for Albert Heijn to go Germany. The German market was new to us and Anja played an important role in entering this new market. She managed the complexity that such a project brings along in terms of staffing, organization, reward, HR admin etc. Next to that, her international experience in a multi cultural environment was of great value and proved to be essential in building a bridge between our countries. Also, she showed excellent coaching skills towards the team and individuals - on all levels. In short, Anja played a key role in the start up phase of our German operation.
Not only as a seasoned HR professional, but also as a fine colleague with whom it is a pleasure to work.

Besonders während der Zeit der organisatorischen Veränderungen habe ich Anja als äußerst fair im Umgang mit betroffenen Mitarbeitern erlebt. Auch gegenüber den Führungskräften kommunizierte sie sehr gut. Ihre Arbeitsweise habe ich als effektiv und zielorientiert kennengelernt, eine angenehme Kollegin.

Ich werde Anja als Interim Manager sehr positiv in Erinnerung behalten. Sie hat eine sehr unkomplizierte und praxisnahe Art, Dinge anzugehen. Sie sieht in den Mitarbeitern auch immer die Menschen, die dahinterstecken, was ich als sehr positiv empfinde. Noch immer ist dies nicht selbstverständlich. For more than one year – between August 2010 and September 2011 – I worked with Anja. As the Human Resource Director ad interim for Sara Lee Germany/Austria she focused on the implementation of the German part of the divesture of the Sara Lee Household & Bodycare business as well as a major restructuring of Shared Services. Anja was supporting and leading her HR team in a professional way and with a coaching style. She is trustworthy, committed and delivers a high output, is energetic and tenacious. Anja helped out in our German business on an interim basis and provided HR leadership during an important transition period for Sara Lee. While we needed continued focus on growing our Coffee business, we also needed to manage a number of divestments effectively. After more than one year cooperation as HR interim manager Anja has left the company having successfully closed many important projects and having left a great souvenir to the people. She was able to quickly integrate herself in the new organization taking the leadership on many strategic projects as the estiture of HBC Business and the finalization of the new Coffee and Tea structure.
